All items listed for sale carry a guarantee of authenticity in every respect, any alterations to naming, damage etc will be included in the description, a full money back guarantee of satisfaction is offered with all our items, please return within 30 days. We are members of the Federation of Small Businesses and abide by their code of practice, we are fully insured for losses, damage, theft etc. We are unable to offer refunds on items that have been advertised for re sale.
Where advertised, all research documentation will accompany the medal, where a copy of a medal roll entry is included, this is a copy of the entry on the original medal roll held at the National Archives not from a published source.

J Collins Medals Ltd use the DHL courier service only for high value overseas items, we can also ship UK inland using Hermes courier service as an alternative to Royal Mail.
We will consider selling on a commission basis, the fee for this is 12% including VAT of the selling price, negotiable on higher value items from 1st August 2014. Payments are made to the vendor as soon as payment has cleared our Bank Account, preferable by on line bank transfer, please supply your account details when sending items.
We request all research is sent with the item you wish to sell, any additional research required will be notified to the vendor and a fee may be charged for this.
J Collins Medals Limited reserve the right to return any items received for commission sale, without listing, that are found to be not as described in regards naming, condition, entitlement to clasps, etc.

Items are sold on a first come first served basis, orders may be placed by phone, text or email.
We cannot accept reservations by text or email unless full name, address and contact telephone number is supplied.
Items are marked available, reserved when ordered and sold when full payment has been received.
Payment is required within five days of placing an order unless by prior arrangement. No reminder for payment will be sent and the item will be offered to the next person in line after expiry of the reservation period.
In all instances where a lay away period for payment or delayed has been agreed a 10% deposit is required at the time of reservation.
